CTA Webinar – Combating Ransomware: Recommendations from the Ransomware Task Force

Ransomware has evolved from an economic nuisance to a national security threat. As a result, it has become an urgent problem that we must address. Under the aegis of the Institute for Science & Technology, a broad coalition of volunteer experts from industry, government, law enforcement, nonprofits, cybersecurity insurers, and international organizations came together to develop a strategic framework for a systemic, global approach to mitigating the ransomware problem. In this webinar, we will discuss the Task Force’s framework for combatting ransomware.

Michael Daniel, President & CEO @ Cyber Threat Alliance, will talk with Michael Phillips, Chief Claims Officer @ Resilience, Megan Stifel, Executive Director, Americas, @ Global Cyber Alliance, Philip Reiner, CEO @ Institute for Security and Technology, Retired U.S. Army Major General John Davis, Vice President, Public Sector @ Palo Alto Networks to explore this pressing issue.
